All Sales Are Final Because every item at XV/15 is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ascherdaycapitalgroup@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
