Processing & Production Time All products at XV/15 are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
